These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Doon Threads, a trading name of JVK Doon Trading Ltd (company number 14756556), registered at Standing Stone Farm Offices, Matfen, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE20 0RQ (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you accept these terms.

1. Who We Are

Doon Threads is a trading name of JVK Doon Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14756556. Our registered address is Standing Stone Farm Offices, Matfen, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE20 0RQ. You can contact us at: hello@doonthreads.com.

2. Placing an Order

  • When you place an order on doonthreads.com, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us.

  • A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email to the address you have provided.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example if a product becomes out of stock or if there is a pricing error. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are correct at the time of display. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify's checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout.

  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

  • We are not currently VAT registered. No VAT is added to the prices displayed.

4. Delivery

  • We currently ship to UK addresses only.

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt — usually sooner.

  • We use Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked. Delivery typically takes 2 business days from dispatch but is not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control, including public holidays, adverse weather, or industrial action.

  • Delivery charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.


  • To exercise this right, contact us at hello@doonthreads.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Important — hygiene exemption: Boxer shorts and other underwear items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal broken. This is a lawful exemption under Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Sealed, unopened items may still be returned within the 14-day window.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

  • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@doonthreads.com.

  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

  • In the event of a fault or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return postage and provide a full remedy.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your purchase.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction. We recommend checking this page periodically.
