3. Returns Policy

We want you to love what you've ordered. If for any reason you're not entirely happy, this policy explains your options.

Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 30 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

What Can Be Returned

Shirts and Kurtas

Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags still attached

Boxer Shorts — Hygiene Exemption

Boxer shorts cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal broken. This is a lawful exemption under Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes sealed goods that are not suitable for return on health protection or hygiene grounds once they have been unsealed.


Sealed and unopened boxer shorts may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@doonthreads.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know which item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

  2. We will confirm your return by email and provide any further instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely in suitable packaging.

  4. Send your return to: Standing Stone Farm (Unit 2), Matfen, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE20 0RQ

  5. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in return transit.


Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please email hello@doonthreads.com to arrange this before sending anything back. You will be responsible for:

  • The cost of returning the original item

  • Any postage cost for the replacement to be sent to you

We'll do our best to make exchanges as smooth as possible.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our returns criteria, we will process your refund within 30 days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • The original delivery charge is non-refundable, unless the return is the result of a fault or error on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@doonthreads.com. In these cases:

  • We will cover the cost of return postage

  • We will offer a full refund, exchange, or repair — your choice

  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy
