Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to open international shipping in the future — join our mailing list to be the first to know.

How We Ship
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking reference so you can follow your parcel's journey.
When We Dispatch
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them — and we're usually much quicker than that.
Orders placed over the weekend or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times
Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked aims to deliver within 2 business days of dispatch. Please be aware:

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at hello@doonthreads.com and we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf
Missed Deliveries
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver to your address, they will leave a notification card and hold the parcel at your local delivery office for collection. Please arrange collection promptly. We are not responsible for parcels that are not collected and subsequently returned to us.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or a missed collection, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at hello@doonthreads.com. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
